Job summary

Armor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Corrections Center of NW Ohio (CCNO) in Stryker, OH. You will provide holistic nursing care in a correctional setting and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and experience with EMR systems; ability to pass Level 2 background checks is required. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Current CPR certification.
Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR).
Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic (RN) nursing care to patients in a correctional setting.
Assess physical, psychological, and social dimensions; obtain health history and write admission assessment.
Document and communicate triage decisions to health care providers during custody and discharge.
Develop individualized nursing care plans with health care providers.
Implement care plans including diagnostic tests and treatment administration.
Assist physician in medical procedures as necessary.
