Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time night shift to join the patient care team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with physicians, families, and other nurses to ensure quality outcomes.

This role emphasizes patient advocacy, confidentiality, safety, and participation in performance improvement initiatives; current licenses and ACLS/BLS certifications are required on hire; sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required at hire
• RN license either single state or Compact (multi-state)
• Associates/Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the care team.
• Maintain confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Support Shared Governance and education for patients and families.
• Document patient assessment and care delivered accurately.
