Job summary

UCHealth in Fort Collins is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Women and Infants unit to provide direct patient care in a high‑reliability environment. This full‑time, night‑shift role (72 hours per pay period) is onsite only, with a scheduled Night Shift Incentive Program paying $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year).

Candidates must graduate from an approved nursing program, hold RN licensure, be BLS certified, and have 6 months of Women and Infants experience or UCHealth Fellowship; NRP

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program or state board-approved program.
• State RN licensure.
• 6 months of Women and Infants RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship.
• NRP within 6 months from hire.
• BLS/CPR certification valid through at least 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Model a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective and evidence-based practice.
• Precepting new nurses or students as needed.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
