This full-time role supports behavioral health patients with 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7:30am, including a 2-week orientation. Ideal candidates are licensed in Delaware and CPR certified, with commitment to HIPAA and patient confidentiality in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Delaware.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and facility policies.
• Assess patient condition and document changes accordingly.
• Administer PRN medications with rationale and effectiveness notes.
• Notify physician or supervisor of emergencies and changes in status.
• Collaborate on development and evaluation of the care plan.
• Document care, findings, and responses to interventions.
• Initiate emergency procedures following CPR protocols.
