Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center in Cobb County, GA is seeking a dedicated RN to join the night shift on our Cobb Hospital unit, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will practice under the professional practice model, uphold patient safety goals, and engage in shared governance and continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates will have an RN license (single state or compact) and current BLS; experience in acute care is preferred.

Formación

• Associates degree in nursing or Diploma/Bachelors in nursing preferred.
• RN license (Single State or Compact) required.
• BLS certification required; instructor or ARC-BLS acceptable.
• Less than 1 year direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting age, gender, disease, and culture.
• Collaborate with patients and families, ensuring goals drive the plan of care.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Engage in performance improvement and shared governance to advance safety and quality.

Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
