Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care in alignment with healthcare policies and procedures
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for patient responses
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide education to patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient documentation
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, providing mentorship and guidance
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a commitment to earning a BSN within a specified timeframe
• Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and team-focused environment
