Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of clinical respiratory therapy experience.
• Licensed in Tennessee as an RRT with ABG endorsement.
• NBRC RRT credential required; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily work assignments and prepares schedule for clinical staff.
• Monitors staffing of each shift to ensure adequate personnel for patient care.
• Assists with collection of quality assurance data.
• Provides direct communication to staff and management.
• Mentors respiratory staff and orients new employees on shift worked.
• Evaluates patients and communicates results to care teams when changes are needed.
