Job summary

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) for a 12-week night shift assignment in Akron, OH. You will provide high-quality respiratory care in a hospital setting and may float to affiliated facilities as needed.

The ideal candidate has NBRC and AHA BLS certifications, an active Ohio license, and at least 2 years of RRT experience, with strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• CRT or RRT credentials accepted.
• NBRC and AHA BLS certifications must be active.
• Active Ohio Respiratory License required before submission.
• Contract Length: 8 or 12 weeks; willing to float to affiliated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy to patients with varying acuity.
• Perform ventilation management, airway care, and oxygen administration.
• Monitor patient responses and document changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure coordinated care.
• Float between designated facilities as needed to meet operational needs.
