Qualifications

• Associate degree required; NBRC-RRT credential preferred.
• TN RRT/RCP license and NBRC-RRT certification required or licensed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess prescribed respiratory therapy per plan of care.
• Utilize oxygen and therapeutic gas equipment as ordered.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Measure ventilatory volumes, pressures and blood gas analyses.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition and response to therapy.
• Set up, operate, clean, sterilize and store respiratory equipment.
