Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care across adolescent to geriatric patients in ICU and general units.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited program, Georgia RRT license, and BCLS/ACLS/PALS certification; you will perform arterial punctures, blood gas analysis, ventilator management, and CPR as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program.
• Licensed as an RRT in Georgia with good standing.
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapies per physician orders and protocols.
• Assess patients and adjust care based on clinical data.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety.
• Perform arterial punctures and blood gas analysis.
• Set up and operate ventilators and provide CPR as needed.
• Deliver oxygen, aerosol therapy, and chest physiotherapy.
