Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Clovis, NM is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide cardiopulmonary care and ventilatory support for inpatients and outpatients, under the Respiratory Medical Director.

You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, monitor equipment, educate patients and families, and collaborate with care teams while ensuring regulatory and safety standards. This is a full-time, 0.90 FTE position with night shifts.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• Current licensure as LRCP in New Mexico.
• RRT credential from NBRC required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of respiratory care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under supervision, provide cardiopulmonary diagnostics and respiratory therapies.
• Administer therapies, medications, oxygen, and airway management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ventilators and life-support equipment.
• Perform pulmonary function testing, ABG collection, and EKGs as applicable.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and equipment.
• Document assessments and treatments in the medical record.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Formação académica

Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy

Current New Mexico Respiratory Care Board licensure as a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP)

Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC

Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification

ACLS certification preferred

One to three years of respiratory care experience preferred
