Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is actively seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the team. The role involves direct patient care across respiratory services, with evening hours from 6:30pm to 7am, on a 2x12 hour shift schedule, including rotating holidays and every 3rd weekend.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Students within 6 months of graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Assoc. or CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Strong understanding of respiratory care principles and patient assessment.
• Ability to apply advanced respiratory procedures and equipment in a clinical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care related to respiratory therapy including assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory treatments and procedures.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures per standards and policies.
• Demonstrate advanced clinical skills to support ECMO, ventilator care, bronchoscopy, sleep lab, cardiopulmonary rehab as needed.
