Job summary

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA, is hiring a Respiratory Care Practitioner for full-time night shifts. The RT will work with physicians and nurses to plan and implement patient care, assist with ventilatory support, and perform respiratory therapy procedures and assessments.

Required licensure and BLS certification will be verified on hire; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirement
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Physicians and Nurses in planning and implementing the patient plan of care.
• Assist Physicians with delivery and direction of Respiratory Therapy; operate and maintain ventilation and resuscitation devices.
• Perform respiratory care procedures, patient assessments and related activities as trained.
