About the Role

There's a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards, maximize availability, and drive sales. You'll maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are met. You may need to work across several store areas and sometimes be solely responsible for the store, overseeing operations confidently.

As part of the leadership team, you'll work weekends and nights, and demonstrate strong operational oversight when needed.
