Night Repack Order Selector (Candy/Tobacco/C-Store) (Transportation)

We are seeking night shift workers for a medium-level warehouse position that may involve working in the Candy Room, Tobacco Room, or Convenience Store Room.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and moving throughout their shift. Responsibilities include picking customer orders according to specified requests, paying close attention to detail, and working efficiently. Full-time 2nd shift positions are available.

Repack duties include Candy, Tobacco, and C-Store sections.

Employees are typically assigned to one of the three RePack areas but may be rotated to other areas as needed. Tasks involve selecting items from pick slots based on pick lists, labeling cases with order labels, and using a voice-automated picking system. The role requires verifying correct products and ensuring they are damage-free. It involves repetitive medium-level lifting (generally 10-20 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) for 80-90% of the shift.

• Night shift starts at 5 pm; starting wage is $16, with frequent increases within the first 90 days and semi-regular increases over the next 18 months.
• Day shift starts at 7 am; starting wage is $15, with similar increase opportunities.
• Immediate benefits include paid holidays.
• After 30 days, employees are eligible for employee pricing.
• After 60 days, employees become eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as company-paid life coverage and 2 PTO days.
• After 180 days, employees receive 2 PTO days.
• After 1 year, employees are eligible for 401(k) matching, 8 PTO days, and company-paid short-term disability.
