Medical Center Enterprise is seeking a skilled Rehab LPN to join our Rehab/Swing Bed unit. You will work 3x12s on the night shift (7pm-7am) and contribute to high-quality patient care under RN supervision.

Formación

• 0–1 year of LPN experience in a healthcare setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
• Ability to educate patients and families and collaborate with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and respond to patient needs promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and safety rules.
• Support development and evaluation of care plans with the team.
• Document care, interventions, and observations accurately.
• Educate patients/families on health maintenance and discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in all tasks.
• Assist with wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection as allowed.
• Participate in orientation and training of new staff or students.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for patient care.
• Respond to emergencies and support code team as needed.
• Perform other duties and maintain reliable attendance.
