Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients accurately and professionally.
• Collect and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Answer phone calls and assist with communication between departments.
• Support nursing staff with basic patient care, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Accurately document patient information and care activities.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures.
