Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Alexandria, VA location. You will unload, audit and stage products to recover store inventory, and ensure receiving paperwork is complete and accurate.

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions with opportunities for forklift-certified teammates who communicate effectively, pay attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-paced environment and peak-season demands.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Unload, audit and stage products to recover store inventory.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products safely to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certification).
