Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring a Reach Truck Operator for night shift roles in our distribution center. You will replenish empty bin locations, store inbound product in proper bins, and ensure items are ready for picking with accuracy and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and the ability to pass a forklift test. Expect physical work, pallet handling, and adherence to food safety and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Reach truck experience required.
• Must pass operational forklift test with 80% or better.
• Basic math and accurate pallet counts essential.
• Ability to work at elevated heights with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Put away all product according to inventory control guidelines.
• Cut the shrink wrap from pallets after placement.
• Wrap pallets to ensure stability and stack safely.
• Report damage and inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and repair of dock and facility areas.
• Replenish empty pick bins; perform other duties as assigned.
