Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s North Shore Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for night shifts. New rates start at $38/hr, with paid benefits and free parking. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging with safe, ALARA-compliant techniques and working within a multidisciplinary team.

ARRT-registered technologists or those eligible within 90 days are preferred. 0–1 year radiology experience is typical; excellent patient care and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required or board eligibility within 90 days.
• Registered Technologist (ARRT) preferred.
• 0–1 year radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient and exam through interview and history to ensure accurate imaging.
• Explain exams to patients considering language needs and ensure understanding.
• Adjust equipment and set factors for safe, quality imaging.
• Perform imaging per protocol and radiologist request.
• Label exams correctly and ensure transmission to PACS.
