Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid license from Louisiana Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners.
• Competency in radiography practice components.
• Computer knowledge; typing skills.
• Ability to tolerate great number of phone interruptions throughout workday.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Possesses positive customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient services using imaging modalities, performs radiographic procedures, applies principles of radiation protection, and evaluates radiographs for technical quality.
