Job summary

Emerus is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT and X-ray imaging at a small-format hospital. The role provides patient care under physician supervision and requires strong knowledge of imaging procedures.

Responsibilities include operating X-Ray/CT equipment, maintaining records, and ensuring quality control. AAMA-approved Radiology Tech program completion and ARRT certification are required, with CT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology.
• ARRT radiography required; CT certification preferred with timeline.
• Current BLS certification through the AHA.
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience preferred.
• Proficiency with X-ray/CT equipment and PACS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and patient care to support physicians and staff.
• Operate imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Perform imaging exams per policies and notify physician on duty of results.
• Maintain documentation and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Travel to all facility locations as required.
• Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
