Job summary

Flowers Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist I to perform diagnostic radiographic and CT procedures during the third shift (Nights). You will cross-train with other radiology modalities while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years clinical radiologic technologist experience required.
• ARRT certification required.
• Active state licensure as radiologic technologist.
• BCLS within 30 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality radiographic procedures independently, ensuring diagnostic-quality images.
• Follows ALARA guidelines and participates in Image Gently and Image Wisely programs.
• Prepares patients, verifies orders, confirms identity, and explains procedures for patient understanding.
• Maintains imaging equipment and follows infection control protocols.
• Verifies and documents scans into PACS for radiologist interpretation.
• Communicates effectively with peers, staff, physicians, and administration.
