Job summary

Emerus is seeking a CT Technologist/Radiology Technologist for day shift (7a-7p) at our 20-bed small-format hospital. This full-time position involves performing CT and X-ray exams with supervision as needed, to support physicians, nurses and staff.

Highlights include a $15,000 sign-on bonus, night/weekend differentials, 401K match, paid referrals and free parking. The ideal candidate has ARRT certifications in radiography and CT, BLS, and 2+ years imaging experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, required.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in radiography required.
• ARRT CT certification preferred (with market-specific exceptions).
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical staff.
• Operate imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Perform imaging exams per established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws; notify physician on duty of results.
• Maintain documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Perform quality control and routine maintenance on imaging equipment as required.
• Travel to all facility locations as required.
