• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Demonstrates accountability for own actions and safety.
• Willing to adapt to change and work assignments.
• No work experience required if enrolled in an Imaging program.

Responsibilities

• Functions as an assistant to the professional technologist in that modality.
• Conforms to safety standards dictated by regulatory agencies (OSHA, safety manuals).
• Maintains clean work environment and supplies; keeps imaging equipment ready.
• Performs patient care activities as delegated and supervised by staff.
• Assists Technologist with room prep, stocking, cleaning, and patient transport.
• Responds effectively in emergencies and helps prevent patient injury; CPR when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
