Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray equipment and obtain diagnostic images under a Radiologist and department leadership, joining a world-class imaging team in New York. Requirements include AMA-approved Radiology program, NYS Radiologic Technologist license (or within six months), ARRT certification, and hospital experience.

Night shift: 11:00pm–7:00am, Mon–Fri with rotating weekends. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiology.
• New York State Radiologic Technologist License or able to obtain within six months of hire.
• ARRT certification is required.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Night shift availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to obtain diagnostic radiographs and digital images.
• Work under the direction of a Radiologist and supervision of a departmental leader.
• Maintain imaging quality and patient care standards.
