Job summary

The Staff Pad in Las Vegas, United States is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join the Radiology Department. You will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and contribute to accurate results during night shifts.

The ideal candidate has an accredited Radiologic Technology program, current ARRT certification, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of experience, with successful background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Interpret imaging orders from physicians and healthcare providers.
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
• Administer IV contrast as required to enhance imaging quality.
• Maintain accurate imaging records and patient documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with CT technology, techniques, and best practices.
