Staffmark Group is hiring a Quality Control Associate in Napoleon, OH to inspect, test, and approve parts to keep production running smoothly. The role focuses on data entry accuracy and quality verification using Excel, with a night shift from 10 pm to 6 am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous data entry experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or quality environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify dates and information for multiple product batches simultaneously.
• Enter and maintain production and quality data in company systems.
• Utilize Excel to track, organize, and verify records.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Communicate discrepancies and assist with corrective actions when needed.
• Support quality and production teams with administrative and reporting tasks.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
