Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs up to 8 hours per day.
• Must successfully complete all required training and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products in your area meet QA guidelines.
• Batter tests and net weights checks.
• Perform product temperature checks (frozen/fully cooked).
• Box counts and portion weight checks.
• Inspect boneless product and conduct inedible dock checks.
• Maintain hold/release records and beverage with HACCP/SQF monitoring.
• Collect samples for bacti testing and moisture analysis.
• Record and report on any deviations or contamination.
