Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital Vinita, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with rotating weekends. The RN I will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per hospital standards in a psychiatric unit.

Requires completion of an approved nursing program and an Oklahoma RN license. Experience of 0–6 months is acceptable; strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential for delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Completed nursing program with diploma/degree approved by state board.
• Active RN license (multi-state or Oklahoma).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care with consideration for age, culture and psychosocial factors.
• Documents steps of the nursing process.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and supports unit goals.
• Facilitates patient discharge through referrals and education resources.
