Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations, based in El Mirage, AZ. The role focuses on coordinating cleaning crews, inspections, and inventory management to ensure daily completion of tasks and safety compliance.

Required are supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers standard benefits and a night-shift schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience is required.
• MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties
