Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator-2 for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) in Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing. You will operate machinery, package products, and contribute to safe, efficient production, taking raw materials to final goods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass safety requirements.
• At least 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills are required.
• Ability to read, write and follow English instructions.
• Willingness to learn, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety processes and safety practices for self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes.
• Ability to multi-task and keep up with production demands.
• Ensures quality standards and SOPs are followed during production.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborates with Leads and Management to complete daily work.
