Royal Canin in Fremont, Nebraska is seeking a Production Shift Coordinator for the night shift. You will serve as a senior technical operator and backup to the Shift Manager, providing direction and leadership across packaging, receiving, processing, and sanitation to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include coordinating shift activities, reviewing schedules, coordinating SAP work orders, and ensuring inventory, logistics, and maintenance systems function smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent military technical experience.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM), including rotations, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Analytical troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical leadership, scheduling coordination, and shift direction across multiple processing departments, as backup to the Shift Manager.
• Step into any departmental role as needed to maintain production flow.
• Review production schedules, coordinate SAP work orders, and liaise with reliability teams on maintenance work orders.
• Prepare purchase orders and update Bills of Materials (BOM) as required.
