Job summary

Cedar Springs Hospital, Inc. is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to coordinate and supervise nursing care for residents in acute and residential programs in Colorado.

You will assess needs, implement care plans with the Treatment Team, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment while managing safety and crises. Qualified candidates will have clinical nursing experience in psychiatry, be licensed as a Colorado RN, and hold CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of psychiatric nursing care and interventions.
• Ability to direct others and delegate responsibilities.
• Experience with psychotropic medications and side effects.
• Strong assessment and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise direct patient care for residents in acute and residential programs.
• Assess patient needs and coordinate delivery of quality nursing care.
• Provide safety and crisis management to patient populations and ensure a therapeutic environment.
• Work with treatment team/physician to implement plans of care.
