WinCup is seeking a Print Equipment Operator for the NIGHT SHIFT (12 HRS) at Stone Mountain, GA. You will operate multiple print machines to produce disposable foam cups and related products, perform maintenance, color adjustments and quality checks, and ensure GMP and safety compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, basic PC skills (Excel), and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment tending production machines for print.
• Mechanical aptitude with good judgement.
• Mathematical skills and basic PC skills including Excel and use of web-based applications for labels.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to complete job paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime, early mornings, evenings, and weekends during busy periods.

Mansioni

• Operate multiple print machines for foam cups and related products.
• Monitor product quality; stop production if quality is compromised.
• Compare products to samples for quality assurance.
• Manage printer status and perform color adjustments.
• Perform routine cleaning and change-overs with correct parts installed.
• Ensure safety, GMP and HACCP compliance; lock-out/tag-out when repairing.
