Walden Local Meat Co. is seeking a Preload Supervisor to oversee a team-driven packing and loading line at our Tewksbury, MA facility. You will manage schedules, ensure correct item packing with proper dry ice, and verify delivery readiness for on-time departures.

Ideal candidates bring a hands-on attitude, a passion for sustainable food, excellent attendance history, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-based packing and loading line
• Manage full and part-time staff schedules based on daily workload and vacations
• Ensure deliveries are packed accurately with correct items and dry ice
• Load and unload freight and ensure vans depart on schedule
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on team development and process changes
• Support drivers with route/delivery details
