Job summary

Walden Local Meat Co. is hiring a Preload Associate to support our early-morning delivery operations in Tewksbury, MA. You’ll work on a team-based packing line, help load delivery vans, and assist with unloading freight as part of a fast-paced warehouse team.

The role requires reliable attendance, ability to lift 35 pounds, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. We provide training for forklift/pallet jack use and opportunities to grow with our local-food mission.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move 35 pounds.
• Able to read and speak basic English.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history (3 years).
• History of excellent attendance.
• Willingness to perform various warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team-based packing line
• Ensure delivery vans are loaded and ready
• Load and unload freight trucks
• General warehouse maintenance such as compacting cardboard
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed (training provided)
