Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Hickory, NC is hiring a Pouching Assistant (Night Shift) to support production and packaging of TOPPAN products. The role requires strong attendance, detail orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate bag machines, inspect and pack pouches, follow safety and quality procedures, coordinate with Set-Up and QA teams, and maintain accurate production records on a 12-hour rotating shift with a $21.32 hourly differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and reliability essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack pouches from assigned machines to meet order specs and quality standards.
• Operate all bag machines safely and efficiently.
• Follow all food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Review production orders for accuracy and proper setup.
• Verify sealers are properly closed and functioning.
• Record start counts and production data accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
