We are actively seeking a Night Porter at Fanhams Hall in Ware, Hertfordshire who will be responsible for the hotel, the guests, and the operation during the night period. You will be required to work 32 hours, 10:45pm - 7:15am.

Main Responsibilities

As Night Porter you will be responsible for:

1. Maintaining our luxury standards of cleanliness and service at all times
2. Operating cleaning machinery in accordance with guidelines given
3. Working with cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines
4. Attending to guests' needs and requirements, including arrivals and departures
5. Setting up conference and banqueting rooms as required
6. Responsible for the security and integrity of property and guests whilst on duty, adhering to company policy and legislation
7. Regular patrols to check security and safety of property and guests
8. Working as part of a team and to constantly evaluate, train and improve the experience of our guests
9. Establishing and maintaining effective employee relations across departments
10. Ensuring all opportunities to generate revenue for the hotel are maximised
