Qualifications

• 1 year of laundry experience or related computer-based training.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Basic English communication proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to understand production flow.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate tunnel washers and shuttle systems as required.
• Match linen types to customer account codes to minimize errors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of tunnels, presses, and related equipment.
• Prepare laundry for processing across multiple stations (multi-sort/trans-sort, tunnels/dryers, Future-rail, MLA).
• Operate MLA systems for manual entry when needed.
• Open bundles of soiled laundry to maintain workflow in other areas.
• Report mechanical issues to management and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
