The role involves night shifts (10pm–6am) and potential shift changes for training or production coverage. Responsibilities include equipment setup and changeovers, supporting process development, diagnosing issues, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• One combined year of experience in a manufacturing, pilot plant, and/or laboratory environment
• Willing to work weekend and overtime

Responsabilités

• Prepare and operate experimental, prototype, or production equipment (extruders focus).
• Provide general maintenance, setup, and changeover of equipment.
• Support development of technologies and processes.
• Locate defects or problems and adjust machinery.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
