Job summary
Clarest Health is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician for on-site work in Cheshire, CT, supporting medication delivery to nursing home facilities and home care patients. You will work under a licensed pharmacist to ensure accurate dispensing and efficient operations.
Responsibilities include daily order fulfillment, prepacking, labeling, inventory management, and strict adherence to HIPAA and safety policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CT Pharmacy Technician license current and in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Swiftly fulfill daily medication orders under pharmacist guidance.
- Assist prepacking, labeling, and storage of medications.
- Package materials by hand and ensure quality standards.
- Retrieve medications from storage and maintain inventory levels.
- Label packaging accurately and conduct product scans for accuracy.
- Report any irregularities to supervisory pharmacists.
- Maintain organized workstations and replenish stock supplies.
- Follow HIPAA and safety regulations; stand for extended periods.
- Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Adhere to Code of Conduct and Compliance policies.
