Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be MO-licensed, MTM-certified if not PharmD, and bring hospital pharmacy experience to our rural community partnership with physicians and nurses.

You will compound and dispense medications, ensure safe distribution, and provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients.

Qualifications

Missourian pharmacist license required.
MTM certification if not PharmD.
Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Compounding and dispensing medications to fill orders and prescriptions from physicians and other prescribers.
Ensure safe and efficient medication distribution throughout the organization.
Provide clinical and drug information for physicians, nurses, and patients.
Perform medication reconciliation to enhance safety and reduce drug-related problems due to inaccurate information.
Train staff and conduct orientation for new hires.
