The candidate must hold a California Pharmacist license, have a PharmD or BS with residency preferred, and bring 1+ year of hospital pharmacy experience.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist preferred.
• Preferred 1-3 years of hospital experience.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.)
