Qualifications

• Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• 1 year of relevant clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and provides comprehensive patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians, patients, and families to deliver care and evaluate outcomes.
• Communicates with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Assesses patient needs and demonstrates clinical competency in care, medication administration, procedures, and emergencies.
• Documents patient care in accordance with established standards.
• Accesses, enters, and retrieves information from computerized systems.
• Ensures continuity of care through discharge planning, patient education, and coordination of services.
