Job summary
Endeavor Health seeks a Patient Care Technician for Cardiac Telemetry/Med Surg in Naperville, IL. This full-time role (36 hours/week) covers night shifts: 6:30 pm–7:00 am with rotating holidays and weekends, performing patient care tasks under RN supervision to ensure safety and comfort.
Requires CPR certification and nursing assistant training or related patient care experience. Benefits include premium pay, incentive pay, annual raises, education support, and a comprehensive health plan.
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant training course or minimum six months of patient care experience or equivalent or completion of one nursing clinical rotation.
- Completion of the care Companion Course within six months of hire when required by the department.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, ability to prioritize, and ability to receive and follow directions.

- Provide patient care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN to ensure patient safety, comfort, and well‑being.
