UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) - Nurse Aide for full-time Night shifts on a rotating schedule. Direct patient care includes vital signs, glucose checks, and activities of daily living under nurse supervision.

Responsibilities focus on keeping care areas stocked, clean, and orderly while supporting patient wellness and safety in a fast-paced clinical environment. On-site role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the delegation and/or supervision of a nurse/healthcare provider.
• Prioritizes wellness and patient perspectives.
• Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and UCHealth.
• Effectively partners with specialized ancillary team members.
• Welcomes new knowledge in a fast paced clinical environment.
• Contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.
