Responsibilities

• Make beds and maintain tidy, organized resident rooms.
• Ensure call bells, bed controls, and essential items are within reach.
• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals following facility guidelines.
• Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas.
• Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to improve daily living.
