Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, shipping/receiving, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and document incidents and patrols.
• Maintain awareness of industrial operations and communicate concerns to site contacts and leadership.
