Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a nurse, performs ADLs and patient care.
• Prepares patient rooms for admission and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Transports patients to procedures and discharges as directed.
• Performs basic technical tasks (glucose testing, simple devices) and collects data.
• Maintains patient charts and provides clerical support as needed.
• Provides compassionate, team-based care and communicates clearly with patients and staff.
